On September 20, the SZ-Wirtschaftsgipfel Salon presented by Telefónica Deutschland will take place under the motto “Who does the work? What digitalization, flexibility and a new leadership culture can achieve.”

The Pandemic, war, economic crisis – and worries about a cold winter: This is changing the reality of work in Germany. At the Economic Summit Salon, we want to clarify the questions of how work is changing against this backdrop. And what new technologies and insights can contribute to this transformation. What opportunities are being created by digitization and how a new leadership culture can drive the transformation and take skilled workers and the workforce along with it. We offer solutions and perspectives – with Nicole Gerhardt from o2 Telefónica, Jutta Rump from ibe Ludwigshafen and Mirja Telzerow from the management consultancy Kearney. The evening will be moderated by Marc Beise, SZ.
